This tag is used in conjunction with the MM_Form tag. It outputs form fields that the user can interact with to enter in data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available field types and other attributes will vary based on the parent form type. This article deals with the attributes and usage examples for the ResetPassword form type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

resetPassword<\/strong><\/h6>
  • type<\/code>\u00a0(optional<\/em>) – Indicates the type of form field to create.\u00a0‘input'\u00a0is the only acceptable value and is also the default value. Form fields of type\u00a0‘input'\u00a0output a standard HTML form element that the user can interact with to enter in information. Based on the value\u00a0‘name'\u00a0attribute MemberMouse will render the appropriate HTML form element.<\/li>
  • name<\/code>\u00a0– Indicates what data is being collected in the field. Below is a table of acceptable values.<\/li> <\/ul>

    password<\/code><\/td>Collects the member's new password.<\/td><\/tr>

    • customAttributes<\/code>\u00a0(conditional based on field type<\/em>)\u00a0[MM2.4.1+]<\/em>\u00a0– This field is optional for\u00a0‘input'\u00a0fields. This attribute can be used to add additional HTML attributes to the HTML input field generated by MemberMouse. Whatever is set in this attribute will be added to the HTML verbatim.
