We still publish digitally (we're on issue 91, and have been publishing consistently since October 2013), but we've also expanded our membership to a companion print product.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nF\u00fcr jeden, der den Weg des Unternehmertums eingeschlagen hat, k\u00f6nnen sich unvermeidliche Hindernisse ergeben. It was scary, and it took years. Steph left her day job in 2015 to pursue the business full-time and as it grew, it was able to accomodate more team members and in 2020 Danny came on full-time as well. It was a leap of faith, and we still work hard every day to make it pay off.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/55c3580b-wdw-magazine-membership-site.png\" alt=\"wdw magazine abonnement\" width=\"600\" height=\"560\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Was Erfolg f\u00fcr das WDW Magazine Team bedeutet<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nWir sind immer daran interessiert zu erfahren, was Erfolg f\u00fcr unsere Mitglieder bedeutet, denn wir wissen, dass die Definition von Erfolg f\u00fcr einen Unternehmer ein sich st\u00e4ndig bewegendes Ziel sein kann. Stephanie erz\u00e4hlt, was sie im Laufe der Zeit gelernt haben.\r\n<blockquote>\"Als wir mit der Arbeit am WDW Magazine begannen, war das Ziel eigentlich nur, genug Geld zu verdienen, um die Kosten f\u00fcr die Herausgabe der digitalen Publikation zu decken und die Geh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr ein paar Leute, die sich um die Verwaltung, den Betrieb und das Marketing k\u00fcmmern, um das Magazin am Laufen zu halten. Aber unser Erfolg hat es uns erm\u00f6glicht, unsere Produktlinien und Online-Plattformen zu erweitern und eine Reihe von Vollzeitmitarbeitern sowie Dutzende von freiberuflichen Inhaltserstellern einzustellen. Es ist unglaublich befriedigend, Arbeitspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Menschen zu schaffen, bei denen sie ihre einzigartigen F\u00e4higkeiten einsetzen und das tun k\u00f6nnen, was sie LIEBEN (Disney den ganzen Tag, jeden Tag!).\"<\/blockquote>\r\nWow, that sounds like such a rewarding experience! We can imagine how much fun their employees have, and how that joy transfers through their digital and print offerings to each and every member!\r\n\r\nWe keep a running tally of tips and tricks for how entrepreneurs manage time. Stephanie shared some of their time management discoveries with us.\r\n<blockquote>\"Wir arbeiten normalerweise 7 Tage die Woche, aber das sind keine 9-5-Schichten. Wenn man ein Unternehmen besitzt und f\u00fchrt, ist man immer auf Abruf, also versuchen wir, eine Work-Life-Balance zu finden, indem wir mittags Yoga machen, w\u00e4hrend der typischen Arbeitszeiten Besorgungen machen, wenn in den Gesch\u00e4ften weniger los ist, und Pausen einlegen, wenn es n\u00f6tig ist, damit wir die Energie haben, superfr\u00fch aufzustehen oder lange aufzubleiben, um die Arbeit zu erledigen. Wir versuchen auch, Besprechungen auf 2-3 Tage in der Woche zu konzentrieren, so dass die restliche Zeit f\u00fcr konzentrierte Arbeit am oder im Unternehmen ohne Unterbrechung zur Verf\u00fcgung steht.\"<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/89060a78-wdw-magazine-digital-subscription.png\" alt=\"wdw magazine digital abonnement\" width=\"600\" height=\"518\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Aufbau einer inklusiven Gemeinschaft f\u00fcr Kinder mit Herz<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nEiner der wichtigsten Aspekte beim Betrieb einer Mitgliederseite ist die Gemeinschaft, die sich zusammenfindet, um ein Teil davon zu sein. Mit dem WDW Magazine scheinen Stephanie und Danny einem wichtigen Ruf der Disney-Community gefolgt zu sein. Wir haben sie gebeten, uns zu erz\u00e4hlen, was Gemeinschaft f\u00fcr sie bedeutet.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cNot everyone is a huge Disney fan, and that's okay. But for those of us who are, community is everything. Being able to not only take part in various Disney fandom communities, but also build completely new ones, is something we cherish here at WDW Magazine. Many diehard Disney fans often feel alone. That no one truly understands their deep passion for the magic and whimsy of the Disney parks. The team here at WDW Magazine strives to bring these fans together, to create a family of friends who truly \"get it.\" We want them to know they're not alone, and that adults can love Disney too! That's what our community is made of. Thousands of adults, or kids at heart, who embrace the escapism that Disney parks bring them. In building connections between these magic-lovers, we create a network of support where they can feel they truly belong. As we always say, \u2018Disney friends are the best of friends.\u2019\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nWe honestly get chills reading that. It\u2019s so inspiring to hear how the creation of WDW Magazine is fulfilling a call for connection and collaboration amongst Disney fans all over the world!\r\n\r\nIn that spirit, it\u2019s true that whenever we create something, unexpected fruits grow from the experience. We asked WDW what one of those fruits has been for them.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cHonestly, it's the community we were just talking about.
