We still publish digitally (we're on issue 91, and have been publishing consistently since October 2013), but we've also expanded our membership to a companion print product.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nPara cualquiera que haya abrazado el camino empresarial, pueden surgir obst\u00e1culos inevitables. Stephanie nos explica c\u00f3mo superar esos obst\u00e1culos en el proceso de creaci\u00f3n de WDW Magazine:\r\n<blockquote>\u201cBy nature, we are pretty risk averse - so when we had been working day jobs but moonlighting as freelancers for WDW Magazine we took a calculated risk that if we were able to commit to the business full-time it could grow exponentially. It was scary, and it took years. Steph left her day job in 2015 to pursue the business full-time and as it grew, it was able to accomodate more team members and in 2020 Danny came on full-time as well. It was a leap of faith, and we still work hard every day to make it pay off.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/55c3580b-wdw-magazine-membership-site.png\" alt=\"suscripci\u00f3n a la revista wdw\" width=\"600\" height=\"560\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e9 significa el \u00e9xito para el equipo de la revista WDW<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nSiempre nos interesa saber qu\u00e9 significa el \u00e9xito para nuestros miembros, pues sabemos que la definici\u00f3n de \u00e9xito de un empresario puede ser como un blanco en constante movimiento. Stephanie comparte algo de lo que han aprendido con el tiempo.\r\n<blockquote>\"Cuando empezamos a trabajar en WDW Magazine, el objetivo era ganar lo suficiente para cubrir los costes de edici\u00f3n de la publicaci\u00f3n digital y los sueldos de un par de personas encargadas de la administraci\u00f3n, las operaciones y el marketing. Pero nuestro \u00e9xito nos ha permitido ampliar nuestras l\u00edneas de productos y plataformas en l\u00ednea, y contratar a varios empleados a tiempo completo y a docenas de creadores de contenidos aut\u00f3nomos. Crear trabajos para personas que les permitan utilizar sus habilidades \u00fanicas y hacer lo que les ENCANTA (\u00a1Disney todo el d\u00eda, todos los d\u00edas!) es incre\u00edblemente gratificante\".<\/blockquote>\r\nWow, that sounds like such a rewarding experience! We can imagine how much fun their employees have, and how that joy transfers through their digital and print offerings to each and every member!\r\n\r\nWe keep a running tally of tips and tricks for how entrepreneurs manage time. Stephanie shared some of their time management discoveries with us.\r\n<blockquote>Solemos trabajar 7 d\u00edas a la semana, pero no son turnos de 9 a 5\". Con WDW Magazine, parece que Stephanie y Danny han respondido a una llamada importante para la comunidad Disney. Les hemos pedido que nos cuenten qu\u00e9 significa para ellos la comunidad.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cNot everyone is a huge Disney fan, and that's okay. But for those of us who are, community is everything. Being able to not only take part in various Disney fandom communities, but also build completely new ones, is something we cherish here at WDW Magazine. Many diehard Disney fans often feel alone. That no one truly understands their deep passion for the magic and whimsy of the Disney parks. The team here at WDW Magazine strives to bring these fans together, to create a family of friends who truly \"get it.\" We want them to know they're not alone, and that adults can love Disney too! That's what our community is made of. Thousands of adults, or kids at heart, who embrace the escapism that Disney parks bring them. In building connections between these magic-lovers, we create a network of support where they can feel they truly belong. As we always say, \u2018Disney friends are the best of friends.\u2019\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nWe honestly get chills reading that. It\u2019s so inspiring to hear how the creation of WDW Magazine is fulfilling a call for connection and collaboration amongst Disney fans all over the world!\r\n\r\nIn that spirit, it\u2019s true that whenever we create something, unexpected fruits grow from the experience. We asked WDW what one of those fruits has been for them.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cHonestly, it's the community we were just talking about. Stephanie dice,\r\n<blockquote>\u201cIt's really about being in control of our own future - if there is something we want to achieve personally or professionally, we have the agency to figure out what we need to do to make it happen - and then we can do our best to achieve those things.
