We still publish digitally (we're on issue 91, and have been publishing consistently since October 2013), but we've also expanded our membership to a companion print product.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nPour quiconque s'est engag\u00e9 sur la voie de l'entrepreneuriat, des obstacles in\u00e9vitables peuvent survenir. Stephanie nous donne un aper\u00e7u de ce qu'il a fallu faire pour surmonter ces obstacles lors de la cr\u00e9ation de WDW Magazine :\r\n<blockquote>\u201cBy nature, we are pretty risk averse - so when we had been working day jobs but moonlighting as freelancers for WDW Magazine we took a calculated risk that if we were able to commit to the business full-time it could grow exponentially. It was scary, and it took years. Steph left her day job in 2015 to pursue the business full-time and as it grew, it was able to accomodate more team members and in 2020 Danny came on full-time as well. It was a leap of faith, and we still work hard every day to make it pay off.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/55c3580b-wdw-magazine-membership-site.png\" alt=\"abonnement au magazine wdw\" width=\"600\" height=\"560\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Ce que le succ\u00e8s signifie pour l'\u00e9quipe du magazine WDW<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nNous sommes toujours int\u00e9ress\u00e9s de savoir ce que le succ\u00e8s signifie pour nos membres, car nous savons que la d\u00e9finition du succ\u00e8s d'un entrepreneur peut \u00eatre une cible en perp\u00e9tuel mouvement. Stephanie nous fait part de ce qu'elle a appris au fil du temps.\r\n<blockquote>\"Lorsque nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur WDW Magazine, l'objectif \u00e9tait de gagner suffisamment d'argent pour couvrir les co\u00fbts de la publication num\u00e9rique et les salaires de quelques personnes charg\u00e9es de l'administration, des op\u00e9rations et du marketing. Mais notre succ\u00e8s nous a permis d'\u00e9largir nos gammes de produits et nos plateformes en ligne, et d'embaucher un certain nombre d'employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein et des dizaines de cr\u00e9ateurs de contenu ind\u00e9pendants. Cr\u00e9er des emplois pour des personnes qui leur permettent d'utiliser leurs comp\u00e9tences uniques et de faire ce qu'elles ADORENT (Disney toute la journ\u00e9e, tous les jours !) est incroyablement gratifiant\".<\/blockquote>\r\nWow, that sounds like such a rewarding experience! We can imagine how much fun their employees have, and how that joy transfers through their digital and print offerings to each and every member!\r\n\r\nWe keep a running tally of tips and tricks for how entrepreneurs manage time. Stephanie shared some of their time management discoveries with us.\r\n<blockquote>\"Nous travaillons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 7 jours par semaine, mais ce ne sont pas des horaires de 9 \u00e0 5. Nous essayons donc de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e en faisant du yoga en milieu de journ\u00e9e, en faisant des courses pendant les heures de travail habituelles, lorsque les magasins sont moins fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s, et en prenant des pauses lorsque c'est n\u00e9cessaire, afin d'avoir l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour se lever tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t et se coucher tr\u00e8s tard pour accomplir le travail. Nous essayons \u00e9galement de regrouper les r\u00e9unions deux ou trois jours par semaine, laissant le reste du temps libre pour travailler de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e sur ou dans l'entreprise, sans interruption.\"<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/89060a78-wdw-magazine-digital-subscription.png\" alt=\"abonnement num\u00e9rique au magazine wdw\" width=\"600\" height=\"518\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Construire une communaut\u00e9 inclusive pour les Enfants de c\u0153ur<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nL'un des aspects les plus importants de la gestion d'un site d'adh\u00e9sion est la communaut\u00e9 qui se rassemble pour en faire partie. Avec WDW Magazine, il semble que Stephanie et Danny aient r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 un appel important pour la communaut\u00e9 Disney. Nous leur avons demand\u00e9 de nous expliquer ce que signifie la communaut\u00e9 pour eux.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cNot everyone is a huge Disney fan, and that's okay. But for those of us who are, community is everything. Being able to not only take part in various Disney fandom communities, but also build completely new ones, is something we cherish here at WDW Magazine. Many diehard Disney fans often feel alone. That no one truly understands their deep passion for the magic and whimsy of the Disney parks. The team here at WDW Magazine strives to bring these fans together, to create a family of friends who truly \"get it.\" We want them to know they're not alone, and that adults can love Disney too! That's what our community is made of. Thousands of adults, or kids at heart, who embrace the escapism that Disney parks bring them. In building connections between these magic-lovers, we create a network of support where they can feel they truly belong. As we always say, \u2018Disney friends are the best of friends.\u2019\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nWe honestly get chills reading that. It\u2019s so inspiring to hear how the creation of WDW Magazine is fulfilling a call for connection and collaboration amongst Disney fans all over the world!\r\n\r\nIn that spirit, it\u2019s true that whenever we create something, unexpected fruits grow from the experience. We asked WDW what one of those fruits has been for them.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cHonestly, it's the community we were just talking about. Stephanie dit,\r\n<blockquote>\u201cIt's really about being in control of our own future - if there is something we want to achieve personally or professionally, we have the agency to figure out what we need to do to make it happen - and then we can do our best to achieve those things.
