We still publish digitally (we're on issue 91, and have been publishing consistently since October 2013), but we've also expanded our membership to a companion print product.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nPara qualquer pessoa que tenha adotado o caminho do empreendedorismo, podem surgir obst\u00e1culos inevit\u00e1veis. Stephanie mostra o que foi necess\u00e1rio para superar esses obst\u00e1culos no processo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o da WDW Magazine:\r\n<blockquote>\u201cBy nature, we are pretty risk averse - so when we had been working day jobs but moonlighting as freelancers for WDW Magazine we took a calculated risk that if we were able to commit to the business full-time it could grow exponentially. It was scary, and it took years. Steph left her day job in 2015 to pursue the business full-time and as it grew, it was able to accomodate more team members and in 2020 Danny came on full-time as well. It was a leap of faith, and we still work hard every day to make it pay off.\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/55c3580b-wdw-magazine-membership-site.png\" alt=\"assinatura da revista wdw\" width=\"600\" height=\"560\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>O que o sucesso significa para a equipe da WDW Magazine<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nEstamos sempre interessados em saber o que o sucesso significa para nossos membros, pois sabemos que a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de sucesso de um empreendedor pode ser como um alvo em constante movimento. Stephanie compartilha um pouco do que eles aprenderam ao longo do tempo.\r\n<blockquote>\"Quando come\u00e7amos a trabalhar na WDW Magazine, a meta era apenas ganhar dinheiro suficiente para cobrir os custos de publica\u00e7\u00e3o digital e os sal\u00e1rios de algumas pessoas para administrar as opera\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas e de marketing para mant\u00ea-la funcionando. Mas nosso sucesso nos permitiu expandir nossas linhas de produtos e plataformas on-line, al\u00e9m de contratar v\u00e1rios funcion\u00e1rios em tempo integral e dezenas de criadores de conte\u00fado freelance. Criar empregos para as pessoas que lhes permitam usar suas habilidades exclusivas e fazer o que elas AMAM (Disney o dia todo, todos os dias!) \u00e9 incrivelmente gratificante.\"<\/blockquote>\r\nWow, that sounds like such a rewarding experience! We can imagine how much fun their employees have, and how that joy transfers through their digital and print offerings to each and every member!\r\n\r\nWe keep a running tally of tips and tricks for how entrepreneurs manage time. Stephanie shared some of their time management discoveries with us.\r\n<blockquote>\"Normalmente trabalhamos 7 dias por semana, mas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o turnos das 9h \u00e0s 17h. Quando se \u00e9 propriet\u00e1rio e administrador de uma empresa, voc\u00ea est\u00e1 sempre de plant\u00e3o, por isso tentamos encontrar um equil\u00edbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional fazendo ioga no meio do dia, fazendo recados durante o hor\u00e1rio normal de trabalho, quando as lojas est\u00e3o menos movimentadas, e fazendo pausas quando necess\u00e1rio, para que tenhamos energia para acordar muito cedo ou ficar acordados at\u00e9 tarde para realizar o trabalho. Tamb\u00e9m tentamos agrupar as reuni\u00f5es em 2 ou 3 dias por semana, deixando o resto do tempo livre para o trabalho focado no neg\u00f3cio ou dentro dele, sem interrup\u00e7\u00f5es.\"<\/blockquote>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<img class=\"embed-center\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/wpgcbucket\/wp\/2021\/05\/89060a78-wdw-magazine-digital-subscription.png\" alt=\"assinatura digital da revista wdw\" width=\"600\" height=\"518\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Criando uma comunidade inclusiva para o Kids At Heart<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nUm dos aspectos mais importantes da administra\u00e7\u00e3o de um site de associa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a comunidade que se re\u00fane para fazer parte dele. Com a WDW Magazine, parece que Stephanie e Danny atenderam a um chamado importante para a comunidade Disney. Pedimos a eles que falassem sobre o que significa comunidade para eles.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cNot everyone is a huge Disney fan, and that's okay. But for those of us who are, community is everything. Being able to not only take part in various Disney fandom communities, but also build completely new ones, is something we cherish here at WDW Magazine. Many diehard Disney fans often feel alone. That no one truly understands their deep passion for the magic and whimsy of the Disney parks. The team here at WDW Magazine strives to bring these fans together, to create a family of friends who truly \"get it.\" We want them to know they're not alone, and that adults can love Disney too! That's what our community is made of. Thousands of adults, or kids at heart, who embrace the escapism that Disney parks bring them. In building connections between these magic-lovers, we create a network of support where they can feel they truly belong. As we always say, \u2018Disney friends are the best of friends.\u2019\u201d<\/blockquote>\r\nWe honestly get chills reading that. It\u2019s so inspiring to hear how the creation of WDW Magazine is fulfilling a call for connection and collaboration amongst Disney fans all over the world!\r\n\r\nIn that spirit, it\u2019s true that whenever we create something, unexpected fruits grow from the experience. We asked WDW what one of those fruits has been for them.\r\n<blockquote>\u201cHonestly, it's the community we were just talking about. Stephanie diz,\r\n<blockquote>\u201cIt's really about being in control of our own future - if there is something we want to achieve personally or professionally, we have the agency to figure out what we need to do to make it happen - and then we can do our best to achieve those things.
