Technical Specialist - Customer Success Team

At MemberMouse we create a WordPress membership plugin which helps companies run online businesses, and provide an excellent customer experience. We have a powerful and innovative product, that needs to be supported by equally special people. Our Customer Success Team is the front line of our business, and each member is key. We’re growing our support team with a focus on helping customers of all sizes use MemberMouse effectively. 

In our open and collaborative team environment, conscientious and creative people have many opportunities to make the job their own. We’re a select, handpicked group where everyone is aware of the high-level company objectives and each member directly contributes to the overall shape, look and feel of MemberMouse. And yes, there is a certain amount of flexibility (yay!) that comes with being a virtual company. For example, you can work from anywhere (US or International) that has consistent wifi and electricity. But because we’re all invested, that helps maintain enough self-discipline to keep us from spending too many hours at the beach, in the mountains or watching paint dry.   

What we’re really saying is: there’s no place for wallflowers at MemberMouse! We are looking for someone who wants to be out front talking to customers, investigating bugs, and ensuring each customer’s questions get answered—even if they have to track down three people to find the answer. We are looking for folks who know their way around browser and developer troubleshooting tools, and want to add to that knowledge every day! We also need someone who excels at communication, whether it’s conveying empathy to a difficult customer, or detailing a process for our MemberMouse help articles.
