Where Do I Find My Support PIN?

To locate your Support PIN, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your account on
  2. Click Dashboard > My Account
  3. Locate the Get Support PIN link in the License Management section. Click it to reveal your Support PIN.

  4. Copy this and send it to our support team the first time you submit a support request.
