WPML plugin interferes with installation – no core pages

In order to fully install MemberMouse on a site that also has the WPML plugin, you must first deactivate that plugin as it interferes with the installation of the MemberMouse core pages. Once you have succesfully installed MemberMouse, you can safely reactivate WPML.

If you have already tried to install MemberMouse while WPML is active, you are likely seeing that no core pages have been installed.

In order to fix this:

  1. Deactivate the WPML plugin.
  2. In the MemberMouse menu, go to General Settings > Manage Install > Repair Core Pages
  3. The core pages will be installed.
  4. You can safely reactivate WPML if you want to.
