Fields Showing Up Blank on My Account Page

Problem

When I click the Update button on the My Account page, the dialog pops up, but all the fields are empty.

Solution

Make sure that the My Account page is loaded as HTTPS. See our article on Securing Your Site with HTTPS for information on setting up SSL on your website.
