Browse Transactions Report

To get to the Browse Transactions report, click on Browse Transactions from the MemberMouse menu.

The browse transactions report allows you to view all the transactions that took place on your site. Using the advanced search functionality you can search for transactions based on a…

  • specific date range
  • order # or member information (i.e. member ID, name, email)
  • transaction type (i.e. initial payment, recurring payment, refund)
  • specific product(s) purchased
  • specific coupon(s) used*
  • affiliate IDs
  • service provider

* Free coupons are not included in the list because there is no transaction associated with them. In order to view your record for free coupons, you would access the Coupon Log.

You can also export the transaction data by clicking the Export button.

Note: Only Administrators will see this button. Sales and Support employees don't have the ability to export members unless specifically granted that permission by the Admin.

The way to grant permission is to log in using the Admin account, go to General Settings in the MemberMouse menuand then click on the Employees tab. Choose the account that you want to be able to export from. Then go to the Additional Permissions area and check the box next to “Allow this employee to export data”.
