Change a Member’s Membership Level

  1. In the MemberMouse menu go to Manage Members and click on a member's email, or click on the edit icon in order to see the details for that member.

  2. Next, click on the Access Rights tab.

  3. Under Manage Membership there is a drop down that contains all of the active membership levels.

  4. Select the membership you would like to change to and click the button  Change Membership.

  5. A dialog box will pop up with Payment Options for completing the membership change.

    Note: You are also able to give a member a free membership using the Comp button at the top of the Payments Options dialog box.
